Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you full command over your mailboxes and newsletters. Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the email mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else.
